Built on open-source atproto

A link in bio you actually own.

Your links live in your own atproto repo, not in our database. Your page is at your handle, renders in a single request, and ships no JavaScript at all. If you ever leave, it all goes with you, because it was never ours to keep.

A Bluesky account is required for the free version: your page lives at your Bluesky handle and your links are stored in your Bluesky repo.

Alice Chen

@alice.bsky.social

Designer and developer. Mostly ocean things.

Nocturne

@nocturne.fm

Late-night mixes, every Thursday.

The Slow Letter

@slowletter.com

One essay a month. No more than that.

Ownership

Most link-in-bio tools rent you a page. This one hands you the keys.

The difference is not a policy we could change next year. It is where the data physically sits.

Your links are records, in your repo

Every link you add is written to your own atproto repository as a cool.linker.link record, the same repo your Bluesky posts live in. We read them to draw the page. We do not hold the only copy, because we do not hold a copy at all.

Your address is a name you own

A page lives at linker.cool/@you.bsky.social from the first day. It can become /@you, and you can open an account on our own server and point your own domain at it, so both your handle and your server are yours.

Leaving is a transfer, not an export

An account on our server is a real atproto account. Move it and your identity, your posts and your links move with it, still readable by anything that speaks the protocol. There is no export button because there is nothing to extract.

Open any Linker page and view the source. Then open your repo on any atproto browser and find the same links. Both of those are things you can do right now, without us.

Make it yours

Not a theme. Your colours, your page.

Pick any colour for the background, the text and the buttons, then the corners, the button style, the hover and the frosted panel. These are real pages, each one made by its owner. Press one to visit it.

Try your own colours

Start with the colours you already use everywhere else. Pick them here and the page follows, using the same properties the real page is drawn with.

Your colours
Corners
Buttons
On hover
Social icons

Any colour, not a list of ours. Every control here writes one property, which is all a page's look is.

Your links, in your repo, on a page that loads instantly.

Linker is in beta, still rough in places and changing fast. Request access and we will send you an invite to make a page at your Bluesky handle. The free version requires a Bluesky account.
